CANSI Mourns the Passing of Marie-Cat Posted on Sep 26th, 2018

Marie-Cat, my friend and mentor;

Marie-Cat Bruno suffered a fatal brain aneurysm on Saturday September 22nd, 2018, as she was attending a wedding in Southern Ontario. She was a candle in the wind, and the wind on this occasion was too strong for her to overcome. Her light shines on in my heart, and in the hearts of all those who she touched in the amazing 47 years she graced our world.

I share my grief with everyone in CANSI and pray for the strength to continue the work she so lovingly gave to our organization. May she ski the trails of heaven, smoothly and effortlessly.

Denys Lawrence
President, CANSI
